Meditation & Nervous System Reset Classes
Come home to yourself, calm your mind, regulate your nervous system and leave feeling lighter, grounded and deeply relaxed.
These gentle Meditation & Nervous System Reset Classes are designed to help you slow down, breathe, release stress from the body and reconnect with a deep sense of inner calm. Each class blends guided meditation, nervous system regulation, breathwork, relaxation practices and healing sound to support anxiety, overwhelm, overthinking, emotional stress and burnout. Whether you are joining in person or from the comfort of your own home online, this is your weekly space to pause, reset and feel held.
There are 5 classes available each week, so you can choose a time that works for you.
Mondays, beginning 15th June – The Sailing Club, Dalgety Bay KY11 9SJ
Every Wednesday from 3rd June (excluding 10th June):

Debbie brings a supportive, trauma-informed, and nervous-system-aware approach to every session, ensuring you feel safe and held. Her expertise in somatic practices and CBT hypnotherapy allows her to guide you through powerful shifts with gentleness and compassion, helping you navigate emotional noise and reconnect with your inner strength.
